I’ve been helping families and individuals find their dream homes for over 30 years. I am a committed and well-loved agent as well as the owner and Principal Broker of two Windermere offices in the Portland area.

Though I manage 20 agents across both our Bridgeport and Charbonneau offices, I spend most of my time working with customers. I deliver consistent, superior service and performance to my clients. I have built my career on a referral and repeat model, often selling the same home several times over—in addition to selling new-to-the-market properties. I continue to be a valued advisor, working with buyers and sellers of everything ranging from modest homes to luxury estates.

As a native Portlander, I have a vast knowledge of the local areas as well as a proven record of contributing to my clients’ financial success’ and facilitating smooth transactions via refined management, selling and negotiation skills. I am a Platinum Member of the Master’s Circle—a group of agents who sell $20 Million or more in closed dollar volume—an achievement only accomplished by 1% of agents nationwide. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)—the latter of which allows me to better serve the expanding population of 50+ year-olds in the Portland Metro area. I work diligently to help clients find the right home, whether they are downsizing, upsizing or rightsizing. I am deeply loyal to my customers and will go above-and-beyond the call of duty to deliver excellent service and results.

At Windermere, each agent donates a portion of each closing to The Windermere Foundation. This is a non-profit organization that provides shelter, clothing, emergency assistance and other essential services to local low-income and homeless families. I personally give generously throughout the year and as a group, we have given millions of dollars to help families in need. My proudest achievement came in 2016 when I became “Grammy” to Charlie. Charlie is a smart, funny and energetic little boy who is the light of my life.
